How do your rental agreements work?
We rent month-to-month, in order to make it convenient for you. Payment is due the first of the month and you renew your lease by paying on our convenient online payment system. If you desire a discount, or wish to reserve your spot during the summer months, we do offer a 12-month discount program. Please contact our manager at 208-546-1311 for details.

How do I make a payment? What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign-up to have your payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking monthly.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
Best to measure from the front of the vehicle or trailer making sure to include the tongue, bumpers and any other item such as a swim deck to get total length and width.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables are not permitted. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing the lease you will be given your own security code that will allow you 24-hour access.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport), plus a vehicle registration and insurance card.

How do I know which units are available?

Do you have a wait list?
We do have a very active wait list, especially for our covered units. However, we have different options you may want to consider while you are waiting. Please call us at 208-546-1311 for more information.

How secure is your facility?
Karcher Boat and RV Storage offers multiple security measures. Security comes from a 24-hour surveillance system, perimeter fencing and access-controlled entry.
